Viewing and Filtering Sales Orders
The Sales Orders list view is your central hub for managing customer orders. It provides a comprehensive overview of all orders and powerful tools to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
Navigating to the Sales Orders List
- From the main menu, navigate to Market > Orders.
- This will take you to the main orders grid, which displays a table of all sales orders.
The Sales Order Grid
The grid provides key information about each order at a glance. You can customize the visible columns to suit your needs.
- SO ID: The unique sales order number.
- Company Name: The name of the customer.
- Warehouse: The warehouse assigned for fulfillment.
- Marketplace: The sales channel where the order originated (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Direct).
- Status: The current status of the order (e.g.,
Pending Fulfillment,Invoiced). - Total Amount: The total value of the order.
- Total Items: The total number of items on the order.
- Shipping Method: The selected shipping service.
- Date: The date the order was created.
- Sync Status: The synchronization status with the marketplace.
- Serial Required: Indicates if any items on the order require serial numbers.
- Memo: Internal notes about the order.
- PO #: The customer's purchase order number.
- Shipped Amount: The value of items that have been shipped.
- Shipping Cost: The shipping charges for the order.
- Ship Date: The date the order was shipped.
Navigation: Double-clicking on SO ID of sales order will open the detailed view for that sales order.
Searching and Filtering
You can use the filters at the top of the list to narrow down the orders displayed.
- Search: A general text search for SO number, customer name, or memo.
- PO Number: Find orders by the customer's PO number.
- Total item
- Marketplace: Filter by the originating sales channel.
- Sync Status
- Serial Required
- Warehouse: Show orders assigned to a specific warehouse.
- Status: Select one or more order statuses to display.
- Date Range: Filter orders by their creation date.
- Ship Date Range: Filter orders by their shipping date.
Additional Actions
- Show Totals: A grid to display a summary row at the bottom of the grid, showing the total amount, shipped amount, shipping cost, and item count for all filtered orders.
- Export: Export the currently filtered view to an Excel (XLSX) file.
- Sync: Manually trigger a synchronization of orders from all connected marketplaces.
