Getting Started with Easyesuite

This guide helps you configure your Easyesuite account after onboarding so you can begin daily operations smoothly.

Step 1: Complete Your Company Profile

Navigation

Settings → Company Settings

Required Information

• Company Name

• Address

• Contact Information

• Tax ID (if applicable)

Action:
Ensure your company information is accurate for invoicing and reporting.

Step 2: Add Team Members (Users)

Users are created directly inside the ERP.
⚠️ No email invitation is sent automatically.

Navigation

Users → Users

How to Add a User

1. Click Add User.

2. Enter required details:

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Email

   • Role (Admin, User, Viewer)

   • Password

     • Minimum 12 characters

     • Uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character

3. Optional fields:

   • Phone Number

   • WhatsApp Number

   • Telegram Username

4. Use toggles to set:

   • Active

   • Staff

   • Super Admin (if applicable)

5. Click Add User.

Step 3: Configure Basic System Settings

Access Configuration

Settings → Configuration

Warehouses

Used to track inventory locations.

Navigation:
Settings → Configuration → Warehouses

Steps:

1. Click Add Warehouse.

2. Enter warehouse details.

3. Click Add.

Payment Methods

Define how payments are made or received.

Navigation:
Settings → Configuration → Payment Methods

Steps:

1. Click Add Payment Method.

2. Enter the method name (e.g., Cash, Bank Transfer).

3. Click Add.

Tax Schedules

Control how taxes are applied.

Navigation:
Settings → Configuration → Tax Schedules

Steps:

1. Click Add Tax Schedule.

2. Enter the tax schedule name.

3. Click Add.

Step 4: Explore the Dashboard

The dashboard provides real-time business insights:

• Sales Overview – Track performance

• Inventory Levels – Monitor stock

• Recent Orders – View latest orders

• Quick Actions – Perform common tasks quickly
