Complete Onboarding Guide: Setting Up Your Easy E-Suite Account 

Overview

This guide walks you through your first-time setup after subscribing to Easy E-Suite. By the end of this process, your workspace will be active and connected to your sales channels.

Phase 1: Accessing Your New Workspace

Once you subscribe to a plan, Easy E-Suite automatically provisions a dedicated tenant (a private and secure workspace) for your business.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Look for an email titled “Welcome to Easy E-Suite”.
This email contains:

• Your unique login URL

• Temporary login credentials

Step 2: Reset Your Password (Required)

For security reasons:

1. Click the login link in the email.

2. You will be prompted to reset your password.

3. Create a strong password and confirm it.

Step 3: First Login

• Log in using your email and new password.

• The system will automatically detect your first login and launch the Onboarding Walkthrough.

Phase 2: The Onboarding Walkthrough

The onboarding walkthrough is designed to get your business operational in just a few steps.

Step 1: Welcome

This screen introduces you to the Easy E-Suite platform.

Action:
Review the welcome message and click Get Started.

Step 2: Profile Setup (Company Details)

This step personalizes your workspace.

Personal Information

• Upload a profile photo

• Enter your First Name and Last Name

Business Information

• Company Name

• Business Type (e.g., Retail, Wholesale)

• Number of Employees

Sales Channels

• Select where you currently sell (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.)

• Use the Other field to manually add additional platforms

Action:
Complete all required fields (marked with a red asterisk *) and click Next.

Step 3: Integrations (Connecting Your Stores)

Connect your sales channels and shipping tools to import live data.

Supported Integrations

• eBay

• Amazon

• Walmart

• Target

• ShipStation

• Mirakl

Connection Status

• A green dot on an integration card indicates a successful connection.

Credentials

Most platforms require API Keys or developer credentials.

Action:
Connect your primary sales channels, then click Finish.

After Onboarding

Once you click Finish:

• Dashboard Access: You will land on your main dashboard.

• Initial Sync: Allow a few minutes for data to sync from connected platforms.

• Next Steps: You can add more integrations or update company details anytime from Settings.
